Kendie Miller is a local, self-taught artist who developed a love for art at a young age. She enjoys exploring a variety of media including oil, acrylic, and pencil, but her recent illustration style pieces are in ink. Through these realistic works she revisits the foundational discipline of drawing and a love for lettering. The pieces are inspired by the natural world, literature, and a whimsical sense of humor. She delights to find joy in the world around her and share it through the work she creates!
Megan Zettlemoyer, owner of Typothecary Letterpress, a graphic design and letterpress print studio in Lancaster, PA that strives to create paper products that people want to hold on to. With an itch to try new things, Megan has wandered into the field of ink making from found materials where she’s made art and turned them into notecards. She’ll have a variety of letterpress and foraged ink goodies available during Art Walk.
