About Us

At Third Story we highlight the work of local and regional artists through four invitational and two open call exhibits each year. We have six artist studios in our space, and have selected work from them on view on a rotating basis. We also feature unframed originals from some of our local favorites in our flat file collection.

On November 7, Third Story is thrilled to be opening our second annual "717 Squared" community show featuring the work of more than 80 local artists. Each artist has created their artwork on a 10 x 10 inch wood panel. The show is filled with a variety of themes and mediums, as varied as the artists of Lancaster themselves! This show is a little unusual; rather than waiting for the end of the show to claim your purchases, sales will be made off the wall. Come take a look at all the creativity Lancaster has to offer! This exhibit runs through December 20. Also on November 7, Third Story is teaming up with Regus Office Space to bring you a one-night-only exhibit of large scale works by some of Third Story's favorite local artists. "The BIG Art Show" is featuring works with at least one dimension longer than 30 inches. The work will be presented across the hall from Third Story in Regus' historic atrium.
