Curio is so thrilled to announce our upcoming exhibition, 10x6h, an invitational exhibition that spotlights drawing and specifically, the 6H pencil. Co-curators Jeff Geib & Evan Kiston brought their vision to the gallery at curio. and together we have assembled a wonderfully eclectic group of 10 artists to explore the limits of what can be done with a notoriously difficult drawing instrument. Inspired by a similar exercise implemented by Willem de Kooning at Black Mountain College in 1948, this will be a drawing show you will not want to miss.
Opening Friday, October 6th for First Friday and running through November 25th.
