He\u2019s primarily known for his far reaching illustration work for clients such as Marvel, DC, Epic Games, Fox Films and more, but has also served as a professor of figure drawing and anatomy at the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. He lives in Central Pennsylvania.<\/p><p class=\"p2\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-language-override: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-family: Arial; color: #1a1a1a; background-color: #ffffff;\">Mairin-Taj Caya was given a weird name by her yogi parents and grew up in a garden full of cats and poetry and dance, before she learned about the outer world through primitive wilderness training and Waldorf songs. She flew the nest to live abroad, studying philosophy, education, and finally illustration (via Pennsylvania College of Art &amp; Design &#8211; 2007-2011, Ken Laager, and Gary A. Lippincott), but pas-de- bourr\u00e9e-ed into independent art and portraiture over a decade ago. Presently, she offers figurative art resources to fellow visual artists and students, collaborates with Mike Hawthorne in the \u201cLife Studied\u201d show, shares the 5+ year long ongoing Sketchbook Sessions email series, models for art institutions and artist groups, and occasionally curates, writes, and teaches.<\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant:
