DESCRIPTION:Join curio. Co-Owner and artist Matt Allyn Chapman in this drawing focused workshop focused on all about the small things in life and making them larger than life. We’re talking about the objects that fit in our pockets\, go unnoticed in our junk drawer\, or slip through the cracks on the sidewalk. We will be taking these miniature objects and scaling them up to really capture all their detail and wonder. Participants will be challenged with drawing concepts like scale\, proportion\, and material handling. Bring your own objects or choose from a large collection (of small things) that will be provided for you! \nDrawing materials will be provided\, open to all levels of interest. \nDetails:\n-This workshop is held at curio. which is located down a flight of stairs\n-Observing the Small Things will meet on Monday November 10th & 17th 7:00-9:00pm\n-Suitable for ages 17+\n-Paper\, graphite and charcoal will be provided\n-Bring a small object or choose from our selection\n-Registration required\, space is limited
