SUMMARY:Round Robin Critique Workshop at curio. Gallery & Creative Supply
DESCRIPTION:Receiving thoughtful critique about your artwork is extremely valuable\, equally as valuable is learning how to talk about others’ artwork. This workshop’s aim is to provide space for these conversations to happen. \nMediated by Curio. Co-Owner and artist Matt Allyn Chapman\, each participant will be granted a timeslot in one of the three sessions to present their work to the group\, ask questions\, explain their point of view\, and receive serious constructive feedback. We ask each member of this workshop to attend all three sessions in order to create a full and consistent audience for each participant. Your thoughts are valuable\, and through honest and open discussion we grow as artists. \nOpen to anyone looking for serious evaluation and discussion around their artwork. \nDetails:\n-This workshop is held at curio. which is located down a flight of stairs\n-Round Robin Critique is three sessions meeting on Tuesday October 7th\, 14th\, and 21st 7:00-9:00pm\n-Suitable for ages 17+\n-A presentation time-slot will be assigned by email after October 1st\n-You are welcome to bring physical works or digital files on a flash drive\n-Light snacks will be offered during each session\n-Registration required\, space is limited
