SUMMARY:Pointed Pen Calligraphy for Beginners with Renée Reese
DESCRIPTION:Join local artist Renée Reese to learn how to create beautiful modern calligraphy using a nib and ink. This two session class is an introduction to modern calligraphy\, a style that allows for creativity\, flexibility and enjoyment. A pointed nib and ink are the perfect combination for creating thick and thin lines so distinctive to this art form. Participants will progress from the basic strokes\, to upper- and lower-case letters\, to joining letters and forming words.
