SUMMARY:Gelli Plate Monoprinting with Andrew Reineberg
DESCRIPTION:curio. is pleased to welcome back Artist Andrew Reineberg. The goal of this two week workshop is to introduce participants to monotype printmaking with use of a Gelli printing plate. Experimenting with found materials collected from around the house or in the surrounding landscape\, participants will broaden their scope color mixing\, application and marvel at the printable surfaces of common everyday objects.  \nMonotype printing is a painterly style of printmaking made by applying ink or paint to a flat surface and creating a single unique print where the variations are to be celebrated! \nGelli Plate Monoprinting with Andrew Reineberg is a two session workshop meeting on Saturday October 28th and November 4th 10:30-12:30pm. Materials will be supplied! \nSpace is limited to 9 participants and is suitable for ages 13 to adult. Pre-registration is required.  \nPlease note access to curio. is down a flight of steps\, slightly below street level.
